French Azilum is located on the west side of the Susquehanna River at 469 Queen's Way, in the Azilum Township of Towanda, Pennsylvania. To reach the French Azilum Historic Site:
- From Highway 6 in Wysox, turn south on Highway 187 and drive for about 5 miles. Just outside of Durrell, turn left/east on French Azilum Road and follow it 3 ½ miles to the site.
- From Highway 6 in Wyalusing, turn north on Highway 187 and drive for approximately 13 miles. Turn right/east on French Azilum Road and follow it 3 ½ miles to the site.
